Our Mission

CELEBRATE INSPIRE PRESERVE

What started as a hobby 11 years ago became a means to celebrate east Denver’s unique parkways. From Monaco to Montview, Parkway Honey embodies the history, recreation, and beauty of these resourceful green miles, and the
honey bees that make them so. Bees have been the gateway to build community with hive hosters, support the environment and make a great local food.

In partnership with Denver Digs Trees, profits from honey sales are used to buy and plant trees for low canopy neighborhoods in Denver, supporting our urban forest.

our PRODUCTS

From splendid wildflower honey to the locally-bred ladies who make it, we’re in the beeswax of all things honey bees. While we can’t take credit for mother nature’s work, we do our best by her.

OUR SERVICES

From beekeeping mentorship to local hive hosting, we’re committed to bringing communities together through education and partnerships.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Eric France’s passion for the bountiful parkways of East Denver and the magnificent honey bee run deep. A master beekeeper, he’s been keeping bees for over ten years and mentoring for five. It was when he and his family moved to east 6th Avenue Parkway over twenty years ago that he realized just how much the parkways offer, and he’s been celebrating the greenways with honey ever since.
